Ingredients
45 ml London Dry Gin, 20 ml fresh lemon juice, 15 ml fresh lime juice, 20 ml heavy cream, 30 ml vanilla syrup, 20 ml fresh egg white, 60 ml Candid Club Soda
Preparation
Shake all ingredients except soda vigorously without ice, then with ice. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
