Ingredients
60 ml quality light rum, 20 ml fresh lime juice, 20 ml sugar syrup, 10 fresh mint leaves, 80 ml Candid Club Soda
Preparation
Add your light rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint in a shaker and shake vigourously. Strain over ice in a highball glass and top up with Candid Club Soda.
