Candid Sundowners Contest: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) for the Candid Sundowners Contest (“Contest”). The Contest is sponsored by PT Unisoda, doing business as Candid Mixers (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Indonesia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period

The Contest begins on December 28, 2025, at 12:00 AM Western Indonesia Time (WIB) and ends on January 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM WIB (“Entry Period”).

3. How to Enter

To enter, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

  1. Capture a Photo or Video: Create an original photo or video that features a can of any Candid Mixers product (Candid Imperial Tonic, Candid Ginger, or Candid Soda) in a sunset setting.
  2. Post to Social Media: Upload your photo or video to your personal Instagram or TikTok account.
  3. Tag and Hashtag: In the post’s caption, you must tag the following two accounts on Instagram: Candid @Candid.LifestyleMixers and FINNS @FinnsBeachClub  OR TikTok: @Candid_Mixers and @FinnsBeachClubBali 

Your account must be public to be eligible. Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be unique.

4. BrandPay Participation & Earnings (Optional)

Participants may also earn BrandPay credit at FINNS Beach Club by posting about the contest. The following conditions apply to BrandPay usage and earnings:

  • Earning Credit: Each user can earn a maximum of IDR 1,500,000 in credit through the BrandPay campaign.
  • Payment Method: A tab must be opened at the front office upon arrival to use BrandPay as a payment method. Payments must be settled at the front office when closing the tab.
  • Exclusions: BrandPay is not applicable for use at cash bars, for special event tickets, on special event days, for online purchases, or for retail store items.
  • Rights Reserved by FINNS: FINNS reserves the right to approve or reject content for BrandPay payment, set and change the earnings-per-like rate, set the maximum redeemable credit per bill, and stop the BrandPay campaign at any time without notice.

5. Content License Grant

By submitting an entry, you grant the Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your submitted photo or video (“UGC”), in whole or in part, and in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

6. Representations and Warranties

By entering, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your entry is your own original work.
  • You own all rights to the content.
  • Your entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

7. Prize Details & Redemption

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize package:

  • 5 Million IDR Food & Beverage Credit to be used at FINNS Beach Club.
  • One (1) set of Apple AirPods Pro (3rd Generation).
  • One (1) VVIP Cabana Experience for up to fifteen (15) people at FINNS VIP Beach Club.

Prize Redemption and Conditions:

  • The winner will be issued vouchers to claim their prize, which must be redeemed within six (6) months of the announcement date.
  • The VVIP Cabana booking is subject to availability and excludes special events and major public holidays.
  • The 5 Million IDR credit applies exclusively to food, beverage, and tobacco purchases at FINNS Beach Club. It is valid for one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple visits. Any purchases exceeding the credit amount are the winner’s responsibility.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Apple AirPods Pro will be posted to an address elected by the winner.
  • FINNS Beach Club and the Sponsor are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the prize.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges from the Sponsor and FINNS Beach Club based on the following criteria:

  • Creativity and Originality (40%)
  • Visual and Aesthetic Quality (30%)
  • Alignment with Candid & FINNS Brand Values (20%)
  • Sunset/Sundowner Atmosphere (10%)

The potential winner will be announced on or about January 31, 2026. The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official FINNS Beach Club Instagram account. The winner must respond and confirm their prize details within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If no confirmation is received within this timeframe, FINNS Beach Club reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error in the administration of the Contest.

10. Release

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

12. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by PT Unisoda, Jakarta 12920 – Indonesia.
